Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use TokenBazaar to create, request or share:

• child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
• content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or real-world violence;
• harassment, threats, hate speech or targeted abuse;
• non-consensual intimate images or deceptive deepfakes of real people;
• instructions for weapons capable of mass harm or other serious crimes;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

• Fraud, scams, phishing, spam or impersonation.
• Creating or spreading malware, or attacking systems without permission.
• Disinformation intended to manipulate elections or public processes.
• Collecting or processing personal data unlawfully.
• Getting around safety filters, rate limits, billing or account limits.
• Reselling or publicly sharing your API keys, or using multiple accounts to abuse offers.
• Breaking the usage policies of the model providers or any applicable law.

If you build an app on TokenBazaar, you are responsible for the requests your users make through your keys and for telling them when content is AI-generated where the law requires it.

We may refuse requests, block keys, limit or suspend accounts, and report illegal activity. Serious or repeated violations lead to account closure. Balance on accounts closed for violations may be held where the law permits.
