Billing, GST & Payments

TokenBazaar is pay-as-you-go. You add money to your wallet in Indian rupees, and each request is deducted from that balance. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees or minimum spend. When the balance runs out, requests stop until you top up.

18% GST is added on top of every top-up. Example: to add ₹1,000 to your wallet you pay ₹1,180 — ₹1,000 is credited and ₹180 is GST. The checkout summary shows the amount, GST and total before you pay.

Auto-pay charges are limited to the maximum amount you approved in your UPI Autopay mandate.

• Razorpay: UPI, netbanking and other methods offered at checkout. The wallet is credited only after the payment is verified.
• Binance Pay (USDT): you send the USDT amount shown, including GST. The wallet is credited after the payment is verified, using the displayed exchange rate.
• UPI Autopay: optional automatic top-up when your balance falls below the level you choose. You can switch it off anytime.

Each model has its own rate, shown on the Models and Pricing page — usually per million input and output tokens, or per image, second or request for creative models. Our rates are 50% of the providers’ market prices. Rates may change; the rate at the time of each request applies.

When a request starts we reserve an estimated amount from your balance, then charge the actual usage when it finishes and release the rest. Every charge is listed on your Transactions page with the model and amount.

Coupons, signup bonuses, rewards and referral earnings are promotional credit. They may have minimum top-ups, limits or expiry dates, are not transferable and are never refundable or payable in cash.

A receipt is available for each successful top-up from your Transactions page.

If money left your account but your wallet was not credited, wait a few minutes and refresh. If it still does not appear, write to hello@tokenbaazar.in with the payment ID. Unverified payments are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
